Present in 82 departments, the Departmental Agencies for Housing Information (ADIL) aim at informing and advising you on everything concerning real estate and housing.
Local organizations at your service
Created at the initiative of the department and the State, the ADILs are non-profit associations under the 1901 law, composed of experts and lawyers trained in all issues related to real estate, renovation and energy management, as well as financing. They are composed of experts and lawyers trained in all aspects of real estate, renovation, energy management and financing. Present in 82 departments, their mission is to inform users free of charge about their rights and obligations, housing solutions adapted to their profile, and the legal, financial and tax aspects of their real estate project. They also play a preventive role, particularly for vulnerable people, by helping them to find solutions adapted to their personal situation.
The local presence of ADIL agencies allows them to observe and analyze the behavior of households, to identify their needs and problems in terms of housing... As a privileged tool for observing housing problems in the department, ADILs are valuable partners for communities, the administration and professionals. All this local information, collected on a permanent basis, feeds the studies conducted on housing. It will then be the subject of national summaries. All this data can influence the evolution and improvement of the texts governing housing.
